Business Facilitation in Africa and Complex Markets

Entering an African or complex market is not won on paper. Everything depends on who you know, how fast you reach the right people, and your ability to execute on the ground. That is exactly where we step in.

Let's talk about your project

The challenge of complex markets

From the outside, it is hard to tell a good partner from a bad one, to know who really decides, or to secure a meeting that matters. Cultural codes, informal networks and local power dynamics are rarely mastered from a distance, and picking the wrong contact can cost months.

Our approach

We rely on a network of seasoned in-country experts, present on the ground, to identify, qualify and connect you with the right players. You move fast, on solid ground, without tying up your own teams. We operate across more than 20 African countries.

What we take care of

What you receive

A short list of vetted contacts, clear market notes, a structured meeting agenda and a next-step plan. Concrete, actionable, immediate.

Frequently asked questions

Do you only operate in Africa?

Africa is our core expertise. We also support other complex markets depending on the topic, through our partner networks.

Do you also work the other way, for a company from an emerging market looking for partners or suppliers in Europe?

Yes. The bridge works both ways. We also support companies established in their own markets who want to identify reliable partners or suppliers in Europe, qualify them and build a lasting relationship. The obstacles are the same as in the other direction (distance, verification, cultural codes), and so is our method.

How do you ensure the quality of your contacts?

Our in-country experts are selected and proven. Many have spent a large part of their lives living abroad and have an intimate understanding of the ground, the culture and local dynamics. We qualify every contact before any introduction, with a constant priority on relevance, credibility and confidentiality.
